Check-in: by appointment only, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (we are not always present on site, please communicate your arrival time at least 3 days before arrival date in order to arrange your check-in, thank you). Arrivals at different times can be agreed upon during the time of reservation, subject to availability (at an additional cost; late check-in is not possible after 11 pm. For late unplanned or unannounced arrivals, check-in will be done the next morning and overnight stay will be charged.
Check- out: before 10:00 am. Depending on the availability of the room you can make a "late check-out" no later than 4 pm for an extra charge of € 39,00. It is possible to leave luggage at the deposit free of charge until the moment of departure.
Payment required upon reservation: 40% of the total amount (minimum 1 night ) or a credit card number to guarantee the reservation ( please note: we will do a pre-authorization and verification of validity). For 1 night stay, special price, offers & last minute always apply the "non-refundable payment” and debit the whole amount at the moment of reservation.
Early departure: In case of early departure during the stay will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Balance: on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card Visa or Mastercard, or with Pay Pal.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights for Easter and Christmas holidays, holidays & special periods) . One night stay is possible only for last minute & last second reservation.
Children: free up to 3 years of age in the baby bed, from 3 years to 12 years are charged € 20-35/day depending on the period (in the room with parents in baby bed or single bed where possible).
Pets: Allowed free of charge (except in special cases) on request, only if sociable and well behaved. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused to things and/or people done by his or her cat or dog.
Keys: A set of keys will be provided at check -in for the free return 24 h 24 (to be returned at check -out). Guests are responsible for guarding the keys. In case of loss or theft will be charged to the guest expenses related lock replacement.
Cancellation : For bookings with standard rate until 14 days before the date of arrival in case of cancellation there is no penalty and the deposit will be returned (minus bank charges); for periods of less than 2 weeks and up to 4 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations received after this deadline or in case of no-show, the customer must pay the full amount of the booked stay (within 3 days from the date of arrival). Bookings with special rate, special offers, Last minute or stays of 1 night are “not refundable” and the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
If the booking Guests have expressed the desire to have a specific room, you will be made to accommodate the request. It may happen that, for logistic reasons, it is necessary to assign a different room of the same level, do an upgrade during the stay or make a room change, without this giving right to reimbursement. Daily housekeeping service is from 9:30 h to 11:30 a.m. If the room is not free during these hours, cleaning will take place the next day.
Full breakfast buffet is included in the price and is served in the dining room from 8.30 am to 9.30 am. Gluten-free special breakfast on request at the time of reservation, with extra-charge (6 euro per day).
