PRICES
The prices published below refer to direct online reservation and are the best prices on the web. They are the daily prices for overnight stays in single or matrimonial bedrooms, with a private bathroom or communal bathroom as specified below:

Off-season (2012): January - February (excluding the Pitti Fashion weeks) and November 4-30
High-season (2012): Easter, Christmas, and all other periods not included in the off-season above. For special event periods, prices vary and are quoted on agreement with the management.
Prices include:
- overnight stay and breakfast
- daily cleaning services of the room (with bath linen change every three days and bed linen change once a week); full linen change on request at an extra charge of E 10.00 per person
- use of parking space (for guests staying at least seven nights, on availability, and to be requested at time of reservation)
- reservation services for museums and guided tours
- use of internet Wi-fi
- set of keys for independent access
- baggage deposit services
Tourist Tax 2 euros per day not included. Children under 10 free.

Policy
- Check-in: from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. Other hours of arrival should be agreed upon during the time of reservation and are based on the availability of our personnel. For late arrivals that have not been agreed upon or without prior warning, check-in will be done the following morning and cost of the overnight stay will still be deducted.
- Check-out: before 10:00 a.m. Depending on room availability, it is possible to do a "late Check-out" no later than 4:00 p.m. and with a supplementary cost of E 39.00. it is possible to leave luggage at the baggage deposit free of charge until the moment of departure.
- Reservation deposit: 30% deposit required of total amount (minimum one night) or credit card number to guarantee reservation (Clients will be requested credit card information only as a guarantee for the reservation). Payment will be settled directly upon arrival, with cash or credit card (Visa/Mastercard or ATM card). For offers and last minute reservations that have a special tariff, payment is immediate by bank transfer or credit card and is non-refundable.
- Early departure: If for whatever reason the client decides during their stay to leave earlier than their original departure plans, the entire cost of the original reservation will still be applied. No exceptions.
- Payment: Payment at arrival with cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and ATM card, or Pay Pal (+ 3.9% for fee).
- Minimum stay: Two nights (Three nights during long holidays, Easter and Christmas holidays, Ferragosto, and special periods). One night is possible sometimes for “last minute offers”.
- Animals: Those well trained and socialized are admitted free of charge, after previous agreement with the management. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage to things and/or people done by his or her dog or cat.
- Keys: Guests will be given keys to the apartment & car parking for 24 hour a day access at check-in, to be returned at check-out. Guests are responsible for guarding the keys. In the case of loss or theft, guests are required to pay damages of E 50.00 to replace the keys.
- Cancellation: For cancellations made before three weeks to scheduled arrival date (21 days prior), the deposit can be used for another reservation (min. for the same numbers of days) within the span of three months (based on room availability). For cancellations within 20 days prior to 7 working days (Monday - Saturday), the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations less than seven working days to arrival date or cases of no-show, clients will have to pay entire reservation amount.
- Rooms: It is possible to honor room requests if clients ask for specific rooms at the time of reservation. It could happen, however, that for logistical needs, the necessity to give clients a different room of the same level or do an upgrade during their stay, even without warning or if it is necessary to make a change for internal organization.
- Breakfast: A breakfast buffet is included in the price (unless otherwise specified) and is served in the living room from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. If room is not free during these hours, cleaning will take place the following day.
